What is alternative dispute resolution?

The alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal to appeal and officials to assist them in resolution or direction of any conflict before opening litigation in the courts.
In general, the procedure is as follows: the client asks an impartial third party who acts as an intermediary between you and the trader who is the subject of your complaint. The intermediary may suggest a solution to your complaint, impose a solution to both parties and bring the parties together to find a solution.
Perhaps you know the concept of alternative dispute resolution by another name: ‘mediation’, ‘reconciliation’, ‘arbitration’ or ‘committee in the context of consumer disputes’.
The alternative dispute resolution is, as a rule, less expensive, less formal and faster than a court.
