This museum is also composed with a cafeteria/restaurant “Olea”, a space with a lot of natural light and with a panoramic view over the Estrela mountain, where the flavour, the quality and the service make the difference. From the “Roasted lamb with potatoes in the oven, gizzard and liver rice and stew of green vegetables” to the “crunchy custard milk with sweet olives”, the stake on the remake of the typical dishes with the local products is notable.

Inside the “Olea” the olive oil or the olives are mandatory in all of our dishes followed with more than fifty wines from all over the country.
