This museum space also has of the “Olea” Restaurant, a space with lots of natural light and a panoramic view over Serra da Estrela, where flavor, quality and service make the difference. From the “Bacalhau à Lagareiro” to the “Roasted Boar in the Oven”, also passing through the “Tigeladas da Beira Interior” and our exclusive “Olive Oil Pudding”, the focus on the recreation of typical dishes and the inclusion of endogenous products is easily noticeable.

At “Olea” olive oil and olives are a must in all dishes, as well as a variety of wines from the different wine regions of Portugal.
